Pad Thai Dalia

This Indo-Thai fusion is our personal favourite. Ditch the noodles, substitute them with this Daliya recipe and hog onto this surprisingly delightful combination.

Ingredients

Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Jaggery
Pad Thai Dalia
  •  1 cup Gajraj Royale Dalia
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilli Oil
  • 1 cup diced Onions
  • 1 cup diced Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp Peanuts for garnishing
  • 1 cup Spring Onions
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
Tips :- You can also use a combination of Vinegar & Sugar instead of Tamarind Paste
Method
Sauce
  • • In a bowl, combine Tamarind paste, Chilli Oil, Chilli Paste, Soya Sauce and Jaggery
  • Mix well and keep them aside
Pad Thai Dalia
  •  Roast Dalia on the pan
  • Add water and let it boil for 10-15 mins
  • In a pan, heat oil & sauté Garlic
  • Add diced Onions and Capsicum
  • Cook for 2-3 mins
  • Add prepared Sauce and mix well
  • Add Spring Onions and mix well
  • Add boiled Dalia and mix everything
  • Serve and garnish with Spring Onions, Chili Oil & crushed Peanuts
