Lapsi Risotto with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup Gajraj Royale Lapsi
  • 1 cup sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp chopped Garlic
  • 2 tbsp refined Flour
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt · 1 Aromat
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Oil
Tip :-   Make sure there are no lumps while mixing Mushroom Sauce.
 

Method

  • In a pan, roast Lapsi with some butter and oil
  • Take another pan, and add butter along with some oil, let it heat.
  • Add chopped garlic and sauté for 2-3 mins
  • Add onions and sauté for 4-5 mins
  • Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until brown
  • Add maida and cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Add 1 cup of water and let the sauce simmer
  • Add 1 tsp salt, black pepper and aromat. Stir well
  • Add roasted Lapsi and mix well
  • Add 1 cup water, cover it and let it simmer for 20 mins
  • Serve well
