Dalia Modak

Make this sweet-stuffed dumpling on your important festive days. With Gajraj’s Daliya Modak recipe, make modak quickly even if you are a beginner. Garnish well with desiccated coconut. 

Ingredients

  •  1 cup Gajraj Royale Dalia
  •  1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Sugar Powder
  • 1-2 tbsp Dry Fruits
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • Desiccated Coconut for garnishing
Tips:-  For best results, we suggest you use Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa for Modak.

METHOD

  •  Dry roast the Dalia
  • Grind it fine ·
  • Add ghee in a bowl
  • Add sugar powder in it
  • Add cardamom powder and dry fruits
  • Add Dalia and mix well
  • In the Modak mould, add desiccated coconut
  • Add Modak filling
  • Press and flatten it
  • Now flip the mould upside down
